Once upon a time, not that long ago, I brought this website into the digital world beaming with pride at my technical prowess. Ah, how much things change in just a few short pandemic-consumed years…
I have since dedicated so very many hours to learning new technologies, completed a software engineering bootcamp and built other websites that make this one look… pathetic? (They do say you’re not growing if you don’t look back on your old work and cringe! Don’t ask me who “they” are.)
So, if you’ve stumbled upon this relic while considering me for a role or project, please forgive me while I work on on sequel to this version of my site. The Dune 2 to my Dune, if you will.

Spent about three and a half years across two separate category management roles - first in motor oils and then in the convenience store items for the Canadian Tire gas stations.
Automation can be a sensitive topic. On one hand, it has the potential to solve many of our work-life balance issues. But on the other hand, what happens if it puts too many people out of work?
Employee expectations related to the perks offered by their employer (or prospective employer) are trending up. Can a four-day workweek create a win-win for everyone?
COVID-19 thrust many of us into remote work situations. Now that we have a better understanding of what that looks like at scale, is widespread remote work here to stay?
How we go about our work has changed more in the last two years than it did in the two decades before that. What does that mean for you?
